ESH SUPERVISOR

Supervise and implement all Environment, Safety and Health daily activities in plant
In charge of registering for ESH legal permits and licenses.
Monitor and maintain all necessary ESH documents are with the company standard, Vietnamese’s regulations and law
Develop and implement training programs for all required elements of the EHS Management system
In charge the environment, health, safety and sustainability (EHS&S) audit)
Supervise and implement the safety of the firefighting system, risk assessments in the workplace, control the Health and Safety in order to prevent accidents and occupational illnesses
Monitor the accident alert and rescue services, including first-aid service
Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to workplace safety, health, and environmental management.
Analyze causes of any accident/injuries and take action for future prevention
Leading ESH working group to conduct the HSE activities in workplace
Age:
From 30
Education:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Occupational safety and health, Environment, or a related field.
​ Experience:
At least 5-year in Safety and Health, Environment in FMCG or F&B or related industries
At least 2-year in supervisor level
Experience in ISO14001 system and ISO 45001 system is a plus
Familiar with applicable local and national EHS&S regulations for manufacturing site is a plus
Soft skills:
Communication skill, time management skill, analytical skill, etc.
Good English communication skills.
Working Location: Red Bull Vietnam, Ha Noi Highway, Binh Thang Ward, Di An City, Binh Duong Province (18km from Sai Gon bridge, 9km from Thu Duc intersection, 2km from Dong Nai bridge, 5km from National Highway 1K. The Office and Factory are located in a single location.)
