ERP Support Analyst (QAD)

Key Responsibilities
• Provide daily functional and technical support for the QAD ERP system, ensuring stable operations and timely issue resolution.
• Support QAD modules including Manufacturing, Finance, Supply Chain, Inventory, and Procurement.
• Analyze ERP incidents, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with global IT teams, vendors, and QAD support for complex problems.
• Work closely with business users to understand requirements and deliver effective ERP solutions.
• Support system enhancements, upgrades, testing, data validation, and process improvements.
• Maintain system documentation, SOPs, user guides, and provide user training when required.
• Ensure ERP security, compliance, and IT control requirements are followed.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related fields.
• 2–5 years of experience supporting QAD ERP systems.
• Good functional knowledge of QAD modules (MFG/PRO, Finance, Supply Chain, etc.).
• Experience in ERP support, incident management, and change management.
• Basic knowledge of SQL, reporting tools, and ERP integrations is preferred.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Experience in manufacturing or automotive industries is an advantage.
• QAD certification or ITIL knowledge is a plus.
