ERP / DIGITAL SYSTEMS MANAGER - GREENFIELD MANUFACTURING FACTORY

Our client is a foreign-invested manufacturing company specializing in modular building products for international markets.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an ERP / IT Systems Manager to lead the implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of our Odoo-based ERP system, while also overseeing general IT support and infrastructure across the organisation.

This is a hands-on, build-and-run role within a fast-growing manufacturing business. The successful candidate will take ownership of the ERP system, work closely with internal departments and external implementation partners, and provide day-to-day IT support to ensure smooth business operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. ERP Implementation & Management – Odoo / Vindoo

Lead the implementation and rollout of the Odoo-based ERP system in collaboration with Vindoo's implementation team and international stakeholders.

Manage the ERP structure supporting multiple business and product streams, including Interpod OEM, Kubikle, and future business lines.

Configure and maintain ERP workflows, approval processes, reporting, and business processes.

Manage the integration between Odoo/Vindoo and MISA for Vietnamese statutory accounting requirements.

Work with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, QC, and other functions to translate business requirements into effective ERP solutions.

Ensure data integrity, system accuracy, and continuous improvement of ERP processes.

2. ERP Administration & Continuous Improvement

Manage day-to-day ERP administration, including user access, module configuration, workflows, and system maintenance.

Act as the key contact point with the ERP vendor and implementation partner for technical issues, system enhancements, and change requests.

Maintain system documentation, business process documentation, and ERP-related SOPs.

Support data migration, system backups, upgrades, and the implementation of additional modules as the business grows.

3. User Training & Change Management

Design and deliver ERP training programmes for users across Production, QC, Supply Chain, Finance, and HR.

Develop user guides and training materials tailored to different departments.

Provide first-line internal support for ERP-related questions and issues, escalating to external partners when required.

Support employees during system implementation, factory relocation, and business expansion.

4. General IT Support & Infrastructure

Set up hardware and software infrastructure for the new Cubepark factory.

Support the procurement, setup, and lifecycle management of IT equipment, including laptops, workstations, factory-floor devices, tablets, printers, and network equipment.

Provide day-to-day IT support covering network, email, AutoCAD, hardware, and other business applications.

Troubleshoot IT issues and provide timely support to employees across the organisation.

Support basic IT security, access control, data protection, and safe handling of commercially sensitive information.

Assist in evaluating and managing software tools based on business needs and data security requirements.

Support relationships with IT vendors and manage software licensing across the organisation.

4–6+ years of experience in ERP implementation, administration, or system management.

Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP is essential.

Experience implementing or managing Odoo/Vindoo in a manufacturing or multi-entity trading environment is highly preferred.

Solid background in general IT support, including networking, hardware, email systems, and basic IT security.

Experience training and supporting non-technical users.

Strong communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.

Comfortable working with external ERP implementation partners and international stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills with a hands-on, proactive approach.

Able to work independently and take ownership of both ERP projects and day-to-day IT operations in a fast-growing business environment.
