English Speaking Travel Consultant

What You’ll Be Doing

- Respond to new business opportunities and customer enquiries quickly and professionally.

- Prepare accurate travel quotations and take responsibility for them.

- Handle daily requests from direct customers and travel agents as assigned by the Sales manager.

- Keep all bookings, passenger details, logistics, and supplier notes updated on schedule.

- Send follow-up emails to ensure clients are happy with our proposals.

- Maintain smooth communication with customers and travel agents.

- Ensure all trips sold are error-free and run seamlessly.

- Report any issues, problems, or complaints to your Manager.

- Support with other tasks when required.

- Vietnamese nationality

What We’re Looking For

- At least 1 year of experience in inbound tourism (preferred).

- Strong understanding of foreign customers’ expectations and willingness to meet their needs.

- Good knowledge of Vietnam and Southeast Asia’s travel destinations, history, and culture.

- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).

- Professional, detail-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.

- Strong negotiation skills and interpersonal abilities.

- Vietnamese national with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and internet tools.

- Able to work independently and as part of a team.

- Comfortable working under pressure.
