Engineering Manager (Automotive, $2000++, ID 21308)

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for an Engineering Manager (Automotive, $2000++, ID 21308):Product Development & Project ManagementProficient in APQP and capable of managing the product lifecycle from NPI to SOP and mass production.
Strong understanding of DV/PV, OTS, PPAP, SOP, and SOS milestones.
Experienced in design review, DFMEA, and engineering optimization.
Manufacturing & Mass ProductionFamiliar with automotive manufacturing processes, including stamping, welding, assembly, injection molding, machining, and die casting.
Capable of troubleshooting production issues and driving process capability and productivity improvements.
Validation & StandardsExperienced in DV/PV validation, PPAP documentation, and product compliance with automotive standards and regulations.
Change Management & Problem SolvingLead ECN/ECR activities and apply problem-solving tools such as 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, DOE, A3, and DFMEA/PFMEA.
Supplier & Cross-functional CollaborationWork closely with suppliers and cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Sales, and customers to ensure successful product development and issue resolution.

Male/Female, under 50 years old.
Bachelor's degree or above in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Materials Engineering, New Energy Vehicle Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines.7 years of experience in automotive product development, vehicle integration, or component development, including at least 3 years in a technical leadership role.
Strong knowledge of APQP and the product development lifecycle from NPI to SOP and mass production.
Familiar with DV/PV, OTS, PPAP, SOP, and automotive manufacturing processes.
Proficient in CAD, UG/NX, CATIA, or SolidWorks, with the ability to read 2D drawings and 3D models.
Good command in English and Chinese.
