• Education background in Chemical, Material Science, Electronics Engineering or relevant majors.

• Ideally 4+ years of practical experience in an international manufacturing environment, especially with electroplating operations process.

• Independent and team orientation, and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.

• Innovative and creative approach whenever possible and can-do attitude.
