PRIMARY PURPOSE:

Implement maintenance activities to ensure non-process machines and facility to support manufacturing and improvement.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Be responsible to do maintenance for air compressors system, chillers, air-conditioner system and ventilation,

power station, water treatment system, waste water treatment system, fire prevention and fighting system,

building, canteen facilities, security and arlam system, timereader system, camera system, public sound

system, telephone system. Ensure the systems available to support manufacturing.

2. Be responsible to waste (dometic, hazadours, scrap...), safety intener training, knowledge EHS law

3. Support supervisor to implement and work with other related department to execute evaculation practice,

facilities verification, training and reports.

4. Support supervisor to implement improvement and renovation projects in Plant.

5. Support supervisor to work with local authority to organise the proper trainings and reporting to comply to

local laws.

6. Clearly understand self’s and section’s goals to make contribution to obtain quality and delivery goals.

7. Be accountable for the compliance to rules, procedures and requirement in terms of:

a. 7S & KAIZEN

b. Environmental Health Safety

c. RBA & Social Responsibility

d. Protection of company assets

8. Understand about TPM - Total Productive Maintenance, support and contribute to current Molex Total Quality

Management (TQM), Six Sigma.

9. Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

EDUCATION:

REQUIRED: University

PREFERRED: Mechanical and Electrical Engineering

WORK EXPERIENCE:

REQUIRED: At least 4 year working in manufacturing companies

PREFERRED: Knowledge of BMS

SKILLS & ABILITIES:

REQUIRED: 1. Good knowledge in management machines and equipment

2. Standards, instructions creation skills

3. Supervision skills

4. Safety certificate.

5. Good English

PREFERRED: Knowledge of PLC
