- The Hands-on Engineer will be responsible for executing equipment repairs, developing comprehensive technical documentation, and compiling and analyzing operational data for machinery and equipment currently under development.
- This role focuses on taking over new machinery and technology to successfully train and upskill electricians and production operators.
- Collaborate closely with the R&D department and machine suppliers to develop next-generation versions of automation machinery, building upon the initial prototypes developed by the R&D team.
- Take over and continuously develop automated machinery following the handover from the PID department.
- Standardize technical documentation and operational procedures for automated machine systems.
- Update and provide advanced training to upskill electricians and production operators on new technologies.
- Collaborate with relevant departments and suppliers to troubleshoot arising issues and propose improvements to enhance equipment capabilities.
- Participate in equipment repairs to ensure safe operations, increase productivity, and minimize machine downtime.
- Execute other tasks and duties as assigned by the Line Manager.
- Automation machine downtime deduction.
- New machines & upgrade success rate.
- Cost-contribution to the factory.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Technical Practical College or above.
- Major in Electronic/ Automation/ Mechatronics.
- Engaged in automation industry for more than 1 year, working experience with significant result in automation or machinery relate to automatic/ Electronics.
- Experience in garment textile industry is a big plus.
- Proficient in electronics/ Electric diagram, HMI and PLC programing.
- Can use of technical drawing such as AutoCAD.
- Have experience working with electronics, automation system, automatic machines.
- Have experience working with Auto cutter machine/ Laser cut/ auto system.
- Knowing English or Chinese is a plus.
- Independent, initiative, strong sense of responsibility, work carefully and be able to finish work under pressure.
- Good learning ability, communication skills and team spirit.
- High emotional quotient and good time management skills.
- Innovative thinking.
- Give suggestions that can improve the research and development to meet the need of production.
