1. Electrical & Substation Systems:

- Operation & Maintenance: Conduct periodic inspections of MSB/DB panels, load testing, transformers, capacitor bank cabinets, underground cabling systems, and backup generators.

- Installation & Troubleshooting: Promptly resolve power outages, short circuits, and voltage drops; supervise electrical connection and power supply setup for new tenants.

2. Solar Power System

- Operation & Monitoring: Monitor inverter performance, inspect PV strings, combiner boxes, and grounding/lightning protection systems.

- Maintenance: Supervise routine panel cleaning, detect hotspots, identify damaged wiring, and coordinate equipment replacements.

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Education:

- Associate's or bachelor’s degree in electrical & Electronics Engineering, Industrial Electricity, Power Systems, or related Engineering disciplines.

- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings (AutoCAD, electrical schematics).

2. Experience:

- Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in the installation, maintenance, and operation of industrial electrical systems and technical infrastructure.

- Candidates with prior experience in industrial parks, commercial buildings, or factory leasing infrastructure management companies are preferred.

3. Soft Skills & Other Abilities:

- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently, as well as work effectively in a team.

- Rigorous attention to detail and strict adherence to occupational safety procedures.

4. Plus point if the candidate has a good understanding of Camera (CCTV) and Network (LAN) systems.

- Camera System: Install, set up, and configure IP/Analog cameras, NVR/DVR recorders; troubleshoot signal loss, hard drive errors, and blurry image errors.

- Network Infrastructure: Splice and terminate fiber optic/LAN cables; manage Rack Cabinets, Switches, and Patch Panels; ensure stable network connectivity for the Management Board and tenant connection points.
