Ecommerce Intern

Consumer business in Vietnam (Anlene, Anmum, Anchor brands) is expected to grow with an average growth of 20% p.a. over the next few years. This position is to support Key Account Team to achieve or exceed sales, share & distribution objectives of E-Commerce, then contribute to delivering ambitious financial objectives of the business unit.

The main purpose of Ecommerce Intern is also included:

Campaign Operation

• Coordinate end-to-end execution of e-commerce campaigns (e.g., flash sales, seasonal promotions, product launches).

• Work closely with marketing team and designer to gather and organize campaign assets.

• Upload and schedule campaign content across platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok).

• Ensure campaign accuracy in terms of pricing, product availability, and promotional mechanics.

• Monitor campaign performance and generate post-campaign reports.

• Troubleshoot issues related to campaign setup or execution.

Creator Management

• Support key account to coordinate with KOL/ KOL & content creators

• Submit deal, send sampling & track performance of livestream/ creator’s review

Promotion Management

• Source & deliver promotion gift by demand of each platform by campaign

• Manage inventory & allocate promotion gift by channel

Admin Task

• Process PO, contract & other supporting document following the internal procedure

Perform ad-hoc tasks and assignments as required to support the team’s objectives.

Education

• University degree or higher in business management or relevant majors

• Good English

Experience

• Interest in e-commerce platforms and digital marketing.

Technical/Functional Expertise

• Strong organizational and project management skills

• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and basic data analysis

• Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
