Ecommerce Affiliate & Account Intern

• Support the Account team in searching, contacting, and working with suitable KOLs/Influencers for campaigns.
• Help collect quotations, negotiate fees, and coordinate bookings with KOLs/Influencers.
• Work with KOLs on contracts and campaign-related documents (signing, sending/receiving, storing, etc.).
• Work with brands/client for campaign-related Documents Works (Providing Quotation Emails, Contracts, Acceptance Certificate, ….)
• Follow up on campaign progress to make sure KOLs post on time and with the right content.
• Support campaign reporting (track performance, capture posts, collect data, etc.).
• Do other tasks as assigned by the line manager/leader

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• 3rd-year student or fresh graduate in Communications, Marketing, PR, Business Administration, etc.
• Interested in working with KOLs, influencer marketing, and advertising/communication industry.
• Good time management, communication skills; proactive, detail-oriented, eager to learn.
• Basic skills in Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint.
• Familiar with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
• Experience working with KOLs or at an agency is a plus.
