E- Commerce Team Leader

E- Commerce Team Leader is responsible for management and development of E- Commerce channels
Main Responsibilities:
Building up the EC Team includes recruitment, training, sales target for team and each staff.
Set up online stores and manage sales in E-commerce channels (Shopee, Tiktok, Lazada.)
Promotion Planning Quarterly and Yearly to achieve sales target.
Manage EC contents: decorating shops, product description as well as price, inventory
Cooperate with Brand teams to implement launch new products, branding campaign on EC. Propose advertising on EC to increase sales and brand awareness. Make sure the brand visibility on EC stores.
Work closely with other departments: Accounting, Sales Admin, Logistics,… to update and improve EC sales procedure while working with agencies and partners to update new trends, tools in order to achieve company and Marketing objectives.
Report monthly or when required about the sales revenue, competitors, online market situation.
Updating trends and proposing new activities to develop EC channels
Other tasks as Manager assign
Education: BA, Major in EC, Marketing, Economics..
Experience: years’ experience in E-commerce as the team leader (FMCG is preferable) Managing team from 2 staffs
Skill:
English communication level
Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Good communication and persuasion
Data analysis
