Warehouse Manager (KCN Xuyên Á - Long An Cũ)

Responsible for managing warehouse and logistics operations including inbound, outbound, inventory control, transportation, cost management, KPI performance, team leadership, and process improvement to ensure operational efficiency and service excellence.
1 Warehouse Operations
Manage inbound, storage, picking, and outbound activities
Ensure operations follow SOP and company standards
Control warehouse layout, staging area, dock, and lane utilization
2 Inventory Management
Ensure high inventory accuracy
Monitor stock movement and cycle counting
Prevent stock discrepancies, shortages, and damages
3 Logistics & Transportation
Ensure on-time delivery performance
Coordinate with Route Planner and transport team
Resolve delivery issues, delays, and customer complaints
4 Cost Management
Control warehouse and logistics costs against budget
Analyze operational costs (labor, transport, damage)
Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency
5 KPI & Performance Management
Define and monitor department KPIs
Analyze performance and take corrective actions
Report operational performance to management
6 Team Management
Lead, manage, and develop warehouse and logistics teams
Plan manpower and resource allocation
Build discipline, safety culture, and 5S practices
7 Safety & Compliance
Ensure warehouse safety standards (forklift, fire, PPE)
Maintain compliance with company policies and regulations
Minimize workplace accidents
8 Process Improvement
Identify and implement process improvements
Eliminate inefficiencies and redundant work (e.g., re-pack, re-handling)
Drive continuous improvement initiatives
9 System & Data Control
Ensure accuracy of ERP/WMS data
Monitor operational reports and data integrity
Use data for decision-making and improvement
10 Cross-functional Coordination
Coordinate with Import, Sales, Finance, and Transport teams
Ensure smooth end-to-end supply chain operation.

Minimum 3–7 years of warehouse/logistics experience with at least 3 years in managerial role.
Strong knowledge in warehouse operations, inventory control, transportation, ERP/WMS, and KPI management.
Proven leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills with ability to drive operational
Efficiency and cost control.
Microsoft 365 expertise (excel)
Toeic 650+
