E-Commerce Supplier Coordinator

Position Overview:

TurnKey FBA is a fast-growing Amazon & TikTok agency helping e-commerce brands and sellers succeed globally. We’re expanding our Vietnam team and looking for a Supplier Coordinator who plays a crucial role in securing the right partners that drive the company’s growth. Your research, negotiation, and coordination directly impact overall operational success.

What You'll Do:

• Research and identify potential suppliers or distributors in Europe and the UK for trending or in-demand products.
• Support negotiation and communication with suppliers to secure the best pricing, MOQs, and timelines.
• Maintain detailed records of supplier communication, quotes, and documentation.
• Coordinate with the purchasing team and follow up on outstanding requests.
• Track order progress, flag risks, and assist in communication between suppliers and purchasing teams.
• Support cold outreach and discovery of new sourcing channels.

Who We're Looking For:

• Open to fresh graduates
• Proficiency in English is required (equivalent to IELTS 6.5+ or TOEIC 800+)
• Welcome candidates with backgrounds in customer support, e-commerce operations, administration, coordination, or similar roles.
• Comfortable using Google Sheets (filters, basic formulas, templates) and Google Drive 
• Organized and consistent in documenting conversations and decisions
• Independent, proactive, and resilient team player with strong communication skills.

Working Schedule:

• Probation Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM from Monday to Friday (on-site).
• Official Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM from Monday to Saturday (One Saturday off / month).
• Probation Period: 2 months
