E-Commerce Digital Performance Specialist

Performance Marketing (35%)

• Manage, optimize performance ads across E-commerce platforms: on-site (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Website) and off-site (Meta, Google,...) to maximize sales performance.
• Plan and control media budget allocation based on sales targets.

Campaign & Platform Growth (40%)

• Drive traffic growth for campaigns, product launches, livestreams, and affiliate activities.
• Work with platform KAMs to maximize visibility, traffic placements, livestream exposure, and affiliate support.
• Suggest campaign angles, content ideas, and visual directions to improve performance, platform presence.

Reporting & Coordination (25%)

• Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports with insights and actionable plans.
• Coordinate with E-commerce, Marketing.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• 2+ years in Performance Marketing or E-commerce, experience with ELHA or related brands is preferred.
• From top universities, high ownership, strong creative mindset with proven performance-driven ideas is plus.
• Strong analytical, optimization, and communication skills.
• Proactive with interest in E-commerce, online shopping, and tech products.
