[District 12] Operations Service Assistant - German-speaking

POSITION SPECIFICATIONS
Position: Operations Service Assistant
Department: Operations
Location: Anna Building, Quang Trung Software City, Trung My Tay Ward (D.12), HCMC
Working time:
1:00 pm - 10:30 pm,
Mon-Fri (have flextime policy)
RESPONSIBILITIES
Receive, analyze customer's requirement and operate the project.
Directly arrange tasks for employees in the group.
Make a contingency plan to ensure the continuity of the project.
Evaluating the situation and planning the operation of the project.
Training team members.
Evaluate employee performance, and support employees to improve their professional skills.
Attend meetings and project reports as needed.
Other tasks assigned by the Operation Service Manager
REQUIREMENTS
Good in German: B2 and above (speaking & writing)
Experience in project management, team management is an advantage.
Strong coordination skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Available to work overtime on holiday and Lunar New Year.
