- KOL & COURSE AUTHOR RECRUITMENT
- Map the KOL and expert landscape across AI coding, data analytics, and video/content creation; starting in Vietnam then expand globally.
- Pitch, recruit, and onboard KOLs and domain experts as Gen AI course authors on Clevai.
- Spot power users and active contributors early: guide prospective authors from first contact to first published course.
- Co-create sample content and proof-of-concepts with KOL partners to lower the barrier to saying yes.
- COMMUNITY BUILDING & MANAGEMENT
- Build Clevai’s community across Facebook Groups, Zalo (Vietnam phase), then Discord, Reddit, StackOverflow… (Global phase).
- Run ambassador and author programs, workshops, AMAs, peer-learning sessions, and live events — online and offline; represent Clevai at global conferences, community events.
- Curate and distribute content that showcases what’s possible when experts build Gen AI courses using Clevai’s unique content creation tools.
- BUILD SOFTWARE PRODUCTS WITH AI HARNESS ENGINEERING
- (AS TIME ALLOWED)
- Build your own tools: CRM to manage KOLs and course authors, social listening pipelines to spot trends, social media moderation automation…
- Learn on the job how to deliver 2–4 full projects per month, not features.
- Be part of “1.5-person Squads” that deliver in 1–2 week what took 4–6 people 2–3 months.
- Apply Multi-Agent orchestration patterns, Compounding Loops, Systems Intelligence, Analyze Problem Structure with Pyramid Principle

- COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT SKILLS
- Moderator or admin of at least one Tech or GenAI community with 10,000+ members; active in 2+ communities across AI, coding, data, or content creation.
- Proven ability to grow engagement, manage KOL relationships, and recruit creators — from cold outreach to active collaboration.
- Natural connector who resolves conflict, protects community culture, and turns active members into ambassadors.
- AI BUILDER SKILLS
- (GOOD TO HAVE)
- Comfortable building with AI tools — either Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Google Antigravity or no-code automation (n8n, Make); able to ship simple workflows without waiting for engineering.
- Product instinct: can identify a gap, spec a solution, and drive it to completion.
- Experience shipping end-to-end tools is a strong plus.
