Digital & Social Integration Lead

Strengthen collaboration and continuous optimization across media, social, creator and commerce initiatives, ensuring digital investments are effectively translated into stronger brand performance, consumer engagement and business outcomes.

* Media-Social-Commerce Integration:

- Connect media, social and commerce activities across brands ​

- Translate campaign learning into optimization actions ​

- Identify gaps and opportunities across consumer journey ​

- Drive cross-functional alignment between Brand, Agency and E-commerce teams​​

* Social & Content Governance:

- Recommend content best practices and platform guidelines across brands ​

- Establish social performance benchmarks and measurement approach ​

- Guide Brand Teams and agencies on content effectiveness and social investment priorities ​

- Drive social performance improvements through ongoing optimization ​

- Manage agency performance and delivery quality​

* Creator & Community Optimization:

- Advise Brand Teams on creator investment allocation and partnership approaches ​

- Recommend KOLs, creators and communities aligned with brand objectives​

- Monitor KOL, creator and community strategy​

- Establish evaluation framework for creator effectiveness and ROI​

- Establish creator selection and evaluation framework​

* Cross-functional Digital Integration:

- Coordinate implementation of regional projects​

- Drive adoption of best practices ​

- Facilitate knowledge sharing across brands ​

- Support capability development initiatives​

- Support implementation of regional digital capability programs​​

Yêu cầu công việc

- 4–6 years in Digital Marketing, Media, Social Marketing or Integrated Communications ​

- Experience working with Media, Social or Creative Agencies ​

- Strong understanding of media, content, creators and digital platforms ​

- Strong analytical and optimization mindset ​

- Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills ​

- Able to challenge agency recommendations and drive continuous improvement​
