Digital Performance & Analytics Specialist

Your primary responsibility will be to analyse the performance of Rodd & Gunn Group’s global digital growth channels and provide actionable insights. You will ensure our digital marketing channels run as efficiently as possible while working to increase brand awareness, acquire new customers and generate revenue.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyse and identify insights across paid search, paid social, programmatic, display and video channels to optimise performance and maximise return on investment.

• Produce weekly performance summaries and detailed monthly reports for key stakeholders across all markets.

• Build and maintain reporting dashboards to monitor campaign performance and customer behaviour.

• Maintain creative fatigue reporting on a monthly basis.

• Maintain A/B test tracking logs, ensuring accurate documentation.

• Investigate data anomalies and implement trade focused fixes as required.

• Support attribution accuracy and tracking across digital platforms and reporting.

• Monitor feeds and platforms and log any issues or errors as they appear.

• Coordinate digital platform integrations, working with internal teams to ensure accurate data is flowing as required.

• Assist with quality assurance and preview testing of digital marketing activity.

• Support communications and operational coordination with Global Digital Agencies, including sourcing relevant content from our internal Graphic Design team as required.

• Support Digital team on initiatives and new projects as required.

• 2+ years digital marketing experience.

• A strong analytical mindset with the ability to transform data into actionable insights.

• Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and GA4.

• Experience working with reporting dashboards, Google Tag Manager or data visualisation platforms is highly regarded.

• A tertiary qualification in advertising, marketing, digital or a related function.

• Embraces and is motivated by a collaborative team culture.

• High level of attention to detail.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility and agility.

• Proficient in English with superb communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams across multiple countries.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the Google Suite.
