Dialer

• Handle inbound and outbound calls through the company dialer system.
• Contact and follow up with potential customers provided by the Marketing team.
• Identify customers who are interested in loan/mortgage services.
• Transfer interested customers to the Front Desk/Sales team for further consultation and follow-up.
• Update customer information and call status in the system.
• Maintain professional communication during all customer interactions.
• Working hours: 9PM - 6AM ( Full – time night shift), Monday to Friday

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Able to stay active on the dialer system for 8 working hours per day.
• Achieve a minimum target of 20 qualified leads per week.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a KPI-driven environment.
• Basic English communication is preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service, telesales, or mortgage/loan industry is a plus.
