We’re hiring a DevOps Engineer to build CI/CD pipelines, manage monitoring systems, and ensure reliable, secure infrastructure. Strong Linux skills, containerization expertise, and experience with automation and observability tools are required.

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, ArgoCD, Harbor, and Kubernetes.  
• Manage and optimize observability platforms including Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, and ELK. 
• Operate and improve containerized platforms using Docker and Kubernetes.  
• Ensure high availability, reliability, security, and performance of production systems. 
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automation, and GitOps practices.  
• Collaborate with development teams to streamline deployment and operational workflows.  
• Support AI/ML teams in deploying, monitoring, and scaling machine learning and GenAI workloads. 
• Maintain AI platform infrastructure including model serving, GPU workloads, and MLOps tooling where applicable.

 

Your Skills and Experience

Required Qualifications 

• 3-5 years of hands-on DevOps, Platform Engineering experience. 
• Strong Linux system administration experience (Rocky, Ubuntu, or similar distributions). 
• Production experience with Kubernetes and Docker. 
• Strong CI/CD experience using GitLab CI, ArgoCD or equivalent. 
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation tools such as Ansible. 
• Experience with monitoring and logging solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Loki). 
• Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, NGINX, Keycloak, API gateways, or similar technologies. 
• Good English communication skills (both written and verbal)  
• Programming/scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python) are a plus  
• Hands-on experience with modern AI systems, AI agents, or MLOps platforms is a strong advantage 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Experience supporting AI/ML platforms or MLOps environments. 
• Familiarity with MLflow, Kubeflow, KServe, Ray, or similar MLOps tools. 
• Experience deploying and operating LLM or GenAI workloads.
