Devops Engineer

1.Monitoring & Observability

• Design, implement, and manage enterprise monitoring and logging platforms using Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack.

• Configure service discovery, exporters, dashboards, alerting, and observability standards.

2. Logging & Analytics

• Manage Elasticsearch clusters, Logstash pipelines, and Kibana dashboards.

• Develop log ingestion, parsing, enrichment, and visualization solutions.

3. Performance & Reliability Engineering

• Optimize Prometheus performance, Elasticsearch indexing, query execution, and platform scalability.

• Perform root cause analysis (RCA), incident troubleshooting, and system performance tuning.

4. Automation & Platform Engineering

• Automate platform deployment and operational activities using Bash/Python, Terraform, and Ansible.

• Support CI/CD, cloud, container, and Kubernetes monitoring initiatives.

5. Operations & Security

• Ensure platform availability, security, alerting and operational excellence.

• Implement RBAC, TLS/SSL, and monitoring platform security best practices.

• Monitor system backup completion rates, recovery metrics, and business continuity infrastructure using dedicated dashboards and alerts

6. Collaboration & Enablement

• Partner with DevOps, SRE, Application, and Infrastructure teams.

• Define observability standards, dashboards, alerts, and operational procedures.

• Educational Level: University Graduated

• 5+ years of experience in SRE, Observability, Monitoring, Logging, Platform Engineering or Infrastructure Operations.

• Strong hands-on expertise in Prometheus, Grafana, Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana (ELK Stack).

• Experience with PromQL, Grafana dashboard development, Alertmanager, Kibana visualizations, and Logstash pipelines.

• Knowledge of Prometheus federation, sharding, exporters, service discovery, and long-term storage solutions .

• Strong Linux administration skills and experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and OpenShift.

• Cloud experience with AWS..

• Scripting experience using Python/Bash.

• Experience with Terraform, Ansible, CI/CD pipelines, and automation frameworks.

• Exposure to OpenTelemetry, Jaeger, Loki, and Kafka is preferred.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, incident management, and communication skills.

• Banking domain experience is preferred.
