DevOps Engineer

- Build and maintain internal platforms including LMS, CRM, CSM, and operational systems.
- Design, deploy, and optimize cloud infrastructure for reliability, scalability, and security.
- Develop backend services and APIs that support business and product operations.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to deliver new features and system integrations.
- Maintain CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, deployment, and system performance.
- Research and implement emerging technologies such as AI Agents, RAG, workflow automation, and serverless architectures.
- Continuously improve platform stability, security, and engineering efficiency.

- 1–3+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Software Engineering, or related roles.
- Strong programming skills in at least one backend language such as Java, Node.js, or Python.
- Experience working with SQL or NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with Linux, Docker, Git, and software deployment practices.
- Experience integrating APIs and third-party services.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work across technical and business teams.
- Fast execution mindset with strong ownership.

- Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, GitLab CI/CD, or similar DevOps tools.
- Experience with AWS, GCP, or other cloud platforms.
- Experience building SaaS products such as LMS, CRM, or customer platforms.
- Experience with AI technologies, automation workflows, RAG, or LLM applications.
- Experience in education technology, healthcare, coaching, or service businesses.
