Design Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality architectural design drawings, presentations, design reports, and technical documentation from concept through later design stages.

• Translate design intent into clear architectural drawings, layouts, façade studies, diagrams, and presentation materials.

• Coordinate architectural work with internal teams, clients, consultants, contractors, and relevant project stakeholders.

• Review drawings and documentation to ensure design integrity, technical accuracy, quality, and compliance with applicable codes and standards.

• Support design coordination meetings, client presentations, and project progress discussions.

• Assist in resolving design and technical issues during design development, tender, and construction documentation stages.

• Contribute to a collaborative studio culture focused on design quality, practical delivery, and professional growth.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture from a recognized university.

• Minimum 5 years of architectural experience, preferably with exposure to high-rise, mixed-use, residential, commercial, hospitality, or complex urban projects.

• Strong design sense, good technical understanding, and ability to prepare clear architectural drawings and presentation materials.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and Photoshop is required.

• BIM experience in Revit and/or ArchiCAD is a strong advantage.

• Good command of written and spoken English is required.

• Familiarity with Vietnamese building codes, local authority requirements, and local drawing standards is preferred.

• Able to work independently, coordinate with multiple parties, and contribute positively within a team environment.
