- Develop and manage 3D structural BIM models (Revit-based) from concept design through construction documentation, ensuring compliance with project standards and BIM Execution Plan (BEP).

Triển khai và quản lý mô hình BIM kết cấu 3D (Revit) từ giai đoạn thiết kế cơ sở đến hồ sơ thi công, đảm bảo tuân thủ tiêu chuẩn dự án và Kế hoạch thực hiện BIM (BEP).

- Generate structural drawings, schedules, and quantity take-offs directly from BIM models while maintaining model accuracy, consistency, and data integrity.

Xuất bản vẽ kết cấu, bảng thống kê và khối lượng trực tiếp từ mô hình BIM; đảm bảo tính chính xác, đồng bộ và toàn vẹn dữ liệu.

- Coordinate with Architecture and MEP disciplines; perform clash detection and technical resolution using Navisworks or equivalent BIM tools.

Phối hợp với bộ môn Kiến trúc và MEP; thực hiện kiểm tra xung đột và xử lý kỹ thuật bằng Navisworks hoặc công cụ BIM tương đương.

- Ensure consistent application of BIM standards, naming conventions, LOD requirements, and documentation protocols across all assigned projects.

Có tối thiểu 1 năm kinh nghiệm thiết kế kết cấu và/hoặc triển khai BIM trong môi trường tư vấn thiết kế. Ứng viên có bằng kỹ sư xây dựng dân dụng / kết cấu là một lợi thế khi tuyển dụng. Chấp nhận hồ sơ ứng viên Kỹ Sư mới ra trường có khả năng sử dụng Revit.

- Proficiency in Revit Structure; working knowledge of Navisworks; strong ability to interpret technical drawings.

- Understanding of structural systems (reinforced concrete, steel structures, post-tensioned structure, etc).

- Good AutoCAD skill in preparation structure detail drawings exported from Revit model.

Biết sử dụng AutoCad để triển khai bản vẽ chi tiết kết cấu trích xuất từ Revit model.

- Basic English communication skills for technical coordination; professional working attitude, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working effectively under project deadlines.
