Demand & Supply Planner

1. Demand Planning:
• Consolidate sale forecast and validate/challenge base on demand analysis
• Run statistical and analysis forecast based on historical data, seasonality, activities, market trend to build demand plan
• Review sale performance and discuss to Sale team for demand adjustment
• Coordinate all aspects of Demand Planning that support growth objectives, innovation, cost reductions, operational efficiency improvements, and reduce business waste.
2. Supply Planning:
• Consolidate demand and conduct supply plan for import products
• Ensure supply plan meet inventory policy and service level
• Collaborate with other functional departments for weekly/ monthly production plan
• Lead SEA S&OE meeting for order and delivery, KPI achievement.
3. Others:
• Conduct projects or tasks/reporting as and when assigned by Line Manager in a timely manner.
Education
• University degree
• Bachelor of Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Management or related fields
Industry Experiences
• Experienced in Manufacturing of multinational environment
(Beverage experience is a plus)
Position Experiences
• At least 2-3 years of experience in Demand and Supply Planning, Production Planning or other related positions
Language
• Conversant and fluent in English and Vietnamese
Computer
• Excellence in excel
• Data analytics is a plus (SQL/PowerBI)
Knowledge/ Skills
• Familiar with planning and scheduling tasks
• The ability to analyze and solve problems, and time management and implementation capacity.
• Ability about safety operation knowledge;
• Familiar with VPO management pillar BD, Service Level Agreement (SLA) MCRS 5S
• Know food safety policy of ABI
