Tuyển dụng Demand Planning Officer tại Hồ Chí Minh

Demand forecasting:
Develop and maintain monthly/quarterly demand forecasts by SKU / Channel / Customer regarding seasonality, trends, distribution, product lifecycle, promotions, and other demand drivers.
Manage the AP1, AP2 / Consensus, and rolling Forecast cycles.
Monitor and analyze forecast accuracy to improve forecast performance.
Collaborate with Sales, Trade, Logistic, Supply Chain teams to ensure supply plans are aligned with market demand.
Identify demand risks and opportunities and translate them into forecast adjustments.
Operational & Inventory Management:
Monitor inventory levels and inventory health across SKU, Category, Warehouse, and Channel to ensure optimal and balanced inventory allocation.
Identify and address inventory risks including overstock, slow-moving inventory, stock-outs, and promotional gifts and drive actions to improve overall inventory health.
Work closely with the QA/QC team to ensure compliance with relevant policies, regulations and industry standards (e.g., product labeling, documents, and ingredient specifications).
Cost Control & Optimization:
Develop and manage budgets, tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce logistics costs without compromising service quality.
2–4 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Sales Planning, or Commercial Planning.
Experience in the
FMCG, Healthcare, or Pharma industry is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of
Demand Planning, Forecasting, Inventory & Sales Planning, with the ability to support data-driven decisions.
Strong data analysis skills, able to turn large datasets into actionable business insights.
Proficient in
Excel;
Power Query is a plus.
Good understanding of
Shopper Behavior, Customer Insights & Market Trends.
Strong project management and execution skills, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-workload environment, with strong prioritization and deadline management.
Strong cross-functional coordination skills and ability to adapt quickly to market changes and competitive pressures.
