Database Design Leader (Banking)

• Develop a corporate banking data dictionary.
• Develop data migration plans and solutions.
• Design and maintain database architecture, data models, and database standards.
• Develop Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD) and logical/physical data models.
• Define database structures, naming conventions, and data governance standards.
• Support database management activities including schema design, data integrity, and data quality control.
• Analyze and optimize database performance, indexing strategy, query execution, and capacity planning.
• Review database designs to ensure continuous operation, stable performance, consistency, and analytical capabilities.
• Design and optimize data models for both Relational Database and NoSQL Database platforms. 

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• 10+ years of experience with Oracle databases, Oracle Exadata and PostgreSQL
• At least 5 years of experience in design and optimize data models for both Relational Database and NoSQL Database platforms.
• At least 5 years of practical experience in develop Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD) and logical/physical data models.
• Successfully led and completed go-live of at least 1 IT system development project as a Database Engineer Lead in a major financial institution and/or bank.
• Experience in designing and building framework based, metadata-driven data migration accelerators
• Experience in designing and building data reconciliation frameworks
• Experience in designing and building self-service reporting frameworks
• Experience in performance tuning and large data processing with Oracle, Oracle Exadata.
