Data Engineer

Participate in Business Requirements and Functional Requirements meetings, identify gaps in requirements and drive discussion around appropriate solutions;
Design and develop PL / SQL procedures / ETL jobs with optimized processing time;
Do data mining & analysis;
Create Technical Design Specification documentation that clearly articulates the design and code being implemented;
Communicate design, requirements, feature set, functionality, usability and limitations of subsystem to team and/or development lead or manager;
Conduct thorough unit testing of code and document the unit test cases;
Provide support as needed throughout the Test and User Acceptance Testing phases.
Have experience in building a data warehouse, tables, MS SQL, Oracle SQL;
Degree in MIS/Computer Science/Computer Engineering or related discipline;
Familiarity with BI technologies (e.g. Microsoft Power BI, Tableau);
Knowledge of SQL queries, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS);
Analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude.
