Data Automation Internship (remote)

Role Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Data & Automation Intern to join our growing team. This internship offers hands-on experience in data management, workflow automation, reporting, system integrations, and process optimization. The role is ideal for students and recent graduates looking to gain practical exposure to data-driven operations and automation technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in building, maintaining, and optimizing automated workflows to improve business processes.
Support data collection, validation, cleansing, and transformation activities to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Assist in integrating business applications and data sources to streamline operational workflows.
Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance trackers to support business decision-making.
Monitor automated processes, identify issues, and assist in troubleshooting workflow errors.
Conduct research on automation tools, technologies, and best practices to improve operational efficiency.
Document automation workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and technical processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data, reporting, and automation initiatives.
Ensure assigned tasks are completed accurately and within established deadlines.
Qualifications
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with data.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Workspace applications.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Basic understanding of databases, workflow automation, APIs, or scripting concepts is preferred but not required.
