Data Analyst (Middle Level)

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, business opportunities, and performance insights.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to support business decision-making.
• Translate business requirements into meaningful metrics, KPIs, and analytical reports.
• Perform data validation and reconciliation to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across multiple data sources.
• Investigate data discrepancies, conduct root cause analysis, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to resolve data issues.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to analyze, validate, and compare datasets.
• Monitor data quality and recommend improvements to enhance reporting reliability and data governance.
• Conduct regular data audits and support validation activities for new reports, dashboards, and data initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Quality, or similar analytical roles.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, analysis, and validation.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI or other BI visualization tools.
• Good understanding of data modeling, relational databases, and data quality principles.
• Experience working with large datasets and performing data validation and reconciliation.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to translate business questions into data-driven insights and actionable recommendations.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across business and technical teams.
