Data Analyst

- Provide accurate and timely biz reporting, dashboards, and insights to support business performance tracking and decision-making.
- Dashboard & Performance Tracking
- Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor sales performance and business performance.
- Manage periodical reports and metrics to track and alert sales activities as well as business performance.
- Track key metrics and highlight variances or unusual trends.
- Provide insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
- Support preparation of monthly reports and presentations for management review.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis as required by stakeholders.
- Data & Process Management
- Validate and reconcile data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Ensure high-quality standards for data integrity and accuracy.
- Conduct market research to update products trend and give initiative improvements.
- Prepare and analyze data presentations for both internal and external publications.
- Work closely with Sales Department to ensure the efficiency of data utilization and regulations in the sales process.
- Ensure data integrity across reporting systems and files.
- Improve and automate reporting processes (Excel, Power BI, etc.).
- Work with relevant teams to resolve data or system issues.
- Other tasks as assigned by direct manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
- University Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Banking or its equivalent.
- Experience in SQL, PowerBI is compulsory.
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to learn quickly with can do attitude.
- Advanced Excel skill with knowledge in Power Query, Power Pivots.
- Preferably working in Financial & Banking institution.
