WHAT WILL YOU INVOLVE

• Manufacturing costing system (BOM, standard consumption, WIP, inventory) and analyze cost variances (Standard vs. Actual)
• Monitor and manage cash flow, prepare monthly forecasts, and control working capital
• Develop and track budget & rolling forecasts, analyze Budget vs. Actual, and control costs
• Review tax reports (VAT, CIT, PIT, FCT), handle tax refunds, and work with tax authorities and auditors
• Review accounting entries, reconcile data, and support preparation of financial statements and management reports (P&L, cash flow, cost analysis)
• Participate in improving financial and accounting processes, support ERP implementation, and build internal control systems
• Guide and review the accounting team’s work and support the Finance Manager when required

WHAT WE NEED YOU HAVE

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance
• Good English
• 3-4+ years of accounting experience in a manufacturing company
• Proven experience in manufacturing costing (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of Vietnamese tax regulations, with experience in tax refund
• Experience in cash flow management and budget planning
• Proficient in advanced Excel, MISA/ERP systems
• Strong analytical mindset, proactive, and able to work independently
