Customer Support Intern – Email Communication

About the Role
Misen is looking for a Customer Support Intern with strong English communication skills to join our Email Team. This is a great opportunity for students or fresh graduates who want to gain hands-on experience in e-commerce and customer service while working in a professional, English-speaking environment.

You will learn how to manage customer interactions via email and chat, resolve inquiries effectively, and understand global customer experience best practices.

What You’ll Do

• Handle email and chat inquiries in English regarding products, orders, and company policies.
• Learn to respond to customers with professional and empathetic communication.
• Support order tracking, complaint logging, and customer data updates.
• Assist in collaborating with Marketing and Fulfillment teams to notify customers of order status and collect feedback.
• Participate in training sessions and apply best practices for customer care.

• University student or recent graduate (final year preferred).
• Excellent written English skills (IELTS 6.5+ or equivalent).
• Interest in customer service, e-commerce, and global communication.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate in a team.
