Mô tả công việc
- Pick up all queries and requests from Customers and respond in timely manner.
- Handle Booking inquiries from customers.
- Coordinate with the Offshore team to follow up inquiries regarding Booking notes
- Monitor Container loading list to ensure the readiness at the timelines.
- Inform to customer about vessel changes, vessel delay, loading confirmation.
- Keep updating vessel schedules...
Yêu cầu công việc
- Vietnamese Citizen.
- Gender: Male/Female under 30 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, International Trade, Maritime Studies, or Business Administration.
- Experience in the field of Sales / Customer Service in Logistics or Carriers Company are preferrable.
- 1–3 years of experience in booking operations
