As a Customer Service & Sales Support Executive dedicated to Singapore team. You will be the first point of contact for our cargo clients. You will handle booking requests, coordinate with Sales and Operations, and ensure smooth shipment execution. Your role is critical in delivering excellent customer experience and supporting our airline partners.
