Customer Service Executive

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end order processing and ensure timely order entry in company systems.
Verify customer requirements and maintain accurate order documentation and records.
Coordinate with Planning, Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Export teams to ensure on-time delivery.
Monitor order status, proactively address issues, and communicate updates to customers.
Handle urgent orders and special requests, ensuring prompt execution and follow-up.
Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving concerns effectively.
Coordinate artwork approvals, product specifications, and customer requirements where applicable.
Investigate customer complaints, work with Quality teams on corrective actions, and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain customer files, shipping records, and other administrative documentation in line with company procedures.
Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure high customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
Bacherler Degrees
Good at English for 4 skills: listening, speaking, reading, writing
3 years experience at Customer Service
Customer centric
Outstanding communicator with the ability to establish credible relationships with multiple stakeholders
Works with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
