-Perform calibration, repair, and technical support for company products and solutions.
-Carry out equipment diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair activities at the service laboratory.
-Serve as the primary technical contact for complex customer issues and escalations.
-Collaborate with regional service teams to resolve advanced technical cases.
-Plan and perform on-site calibration services at customer facilities.
-Travel to customer sites for calibration, repair support, technical investigations, and consultations.
-Lead and supervise service engineers in their daily operational activities.
-Provide coaching, mentoring, and technical development for junior engineers.
-Ensure all service activities comply with ISO/IEC 17025 and company quality standards.
-Other related tasks.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in technical service, field service engineering, or technical support
- Basic knowledge of RF, wireless communications, test and measurement solutions, or related technologies
- Speak English(Intermediate Level)
