Customer & Market Insight Intern

You'll support both the Customer Insight (CI) and Market Insight (MI) functions, helping turn research into inputs that shape our products. This is a rotational, hands-on role — a great fit if you're curious about research and want to explore different areas.

Customer Insight (CI)

• Support qualitative and quantitative studies to uncover customer needs, behaviors, and pain points
• Help prepare research materials (discussion guides, surveys, screeners) and synthesize findings
• Assist in building customer profiles, personas, and journey insights that feed into product development

Market Insight (MI)

• Conduct secondary research on market trends, industry developments, and third-party reports
• Gather and analyze competitor information (products, promotions, positioning) to surface competitive insights
• Help translate market findings into clear, actionable summaries for internal stakeholders

Across both areas

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and business partners to understand goals and research needs
• Help manage research projects across the full process — from design and fieldwork to analysis and reporting — tracking timelines, coordinating inputs, and keeping deliverables on schedule
• Support the team in shaping insights that contribute directly to building and improving our products

• 4th year student or fresh graduate in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or related fields
• Genuine interest in research, with a willingness to try and learn across different areas (CI & MI)
• Able to commit full-time for a minimum of 3 months
• Strong communication skills — comfortable discussing ideas with a wide range of people and groups
• Outstanding reasoning, logic, and a problem-solving mindset
• Fast learner, passionate about business, and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint
• Nice to have: a good understanding of financial products
