Customer Engagement Intern

1. Customer Engagement & Program Execution:
Support the execution of customer engagement initiatives and activation programs
2. Documentation Accuracy & Process Compliance
Prepare program documentation, ensuring adherence to established processes and timelines
3. Digital Content Quality
Create and curate digital communication content across relevant channels
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
University recommendation letter with stamp is a must.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic content management tools
Detail-oriented — able to prepare accurate documentation and follow established processes with minimal errors
Strong communicator — clear written and verbal communication skills for crafting digital content and coordinating with stakeholders
Organised & deadline-driven — able to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet timelines consistently
Use good English in communication and reporting.
