Country Head (Based In Vietnam, Ho Chi Minh City)

• Provide strategic leadership and oversee the overall operations and business performance of the Vietnam office.

• Develop and execute business strategies to achieve sustainable growth, profitability and operational excellence.

• Drive business development by identifying opportunities, strengthening client relationships and securing new projects.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, business partners and government authorities and other key stakeholders.

• Ensure successful project delivery in terms of quality, safety, schedule and budget.

• Manage the financial performance of the Vietnam business, including budgeting, forecasting and cost control.

• Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing team while fostering a collaborative and inclusive work culture.

• Ensure compliance with the Company's policies, quality management systems and all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements in Vietnam.

• Represent the Company and strengthen its market presence and reputation in Vietnam.

• The role is based in Saigon and requires travel to Hanoi as business needs require.

• Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.

• At least 20 years of relevant industry experience, including 15 years in senior management or leadership roles.

• Proven track record in business development, client relationship management and leading multidisciplinary teams.

• An established client and business network within the Vietnam’s engineering and infrastructure market is highly preferred.

• Experience in one or more of the following sectors: Bridges, Water, Energy, or Science & Technology.

• Strong commercial acumen with experience in financial management and strategic planning.

• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

• Good understanding of the Vietnam engineering consultancy market and regulatory environment will be an advantage.

• Proficiency in both English and Vietnamese is preferred.
