A. Role Expectations

- Ensure product costing accurately reflects actual manufacturing operations, with correct recording of direct costs and appropriate allocation of overhead costs.

- Partner with factory departments to develop, monitor, and optimize production budgets and resource consumption.

- Provide costing data, management reports, and monthly budget performance analysis to support business decision-making.

- Evaluate financial risks and investment effectiveness for proposed projects and initiatives.

B. Key Responsibilities

- Ensure accurate product costing and cost allocation in line with actual production activities.

- Analyze cost performance and production consumption to identify cost-saving opportunities and drive continuous improvement.

- Support annual costing plans and budgeting processes; monitor cost trends and highlight potential risks.

- Control production batches, resource utilization, and manufacturing transactions.

- Supervise and ensure compliance of warehouse transactions and inventory movements.

- Operate and maintain Costing, OPM Inventory, OPM Production, and General Ledger modules.

- Manage third-party manufacturing costing activities.

- Collaborate with factory teams to evaluate Kaizen and GMIT project efficiency and financial benefits.

- Support and guide departments in complying with finance and accounting regulations.

- Perform other assigned duties as required.

- Maintain and archive accounting and operational documents, including inventory receipts, invoices, and contracts.

- Reconcile and validate data between Excel reports and ERP systems.

- Prepare and provide supporting documents to banks, auditors, tax authorities, and relevant stakeholders.

- Review documentation and contracts, escalating issues or discrepancies to management when identified.

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Background

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- Solid knowledge of accounting and financial management principles.

- 2-3 years of relevant experience in costing, manufacturing accounting, or related finance roles.

- Experience working in a manufacturing or factory environment is preferred.

2. Requirments

- Product costing and manufacturing cost analysis.

- Budget planning, monitoring, and variance analysis.

- Production consumption and resource utilization control.

- ERP-based accounting and manufacturing systems operation.

- Financial risk assessment and investment evaluation.

- Inventory and warehouse transaction control.

- Strong proficiency in ERP/SAP and large-scale accounting systems.

- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power BI skills.

- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

- Ability to train and support factory teams on accounting policies and procedures.

- Strong cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving capabilities.
