Qualifications
• Degree in engineering, project management, or similar.
• ~5 years in planning/reporting on major rail or complex infrastructure.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 (read/update under supervision), advanced Excel; Power BI (or equivalent) preferred.
• Proficiency in Primavera histograms / resource loading
• Optional familiarity with Synchro / Navisworks software
• Familiarity with earned value style indicators and with change/risk/reporting baselines.
