Project General Coordinator (Local PMO)

Job Purpose

Within the integrated project team, the Project General Coordinator leads the on site coordination of PMO activities (plans, controls, reporting, quality of processes and deliverables), ensuring Vietnamese teams and partners apply the common management framework and that package inputs are consolidated for programme level reporting and decisions.

• Degree in engineering, project management or related field; PMO/PM certifications are a plus.

• 7+ years in project coordination/PMO on rail/complex infrastructure in Vietnam; experience consolidating multi package inputs and running programme procedures.

• Proficiency with PMO tooling: Primavera P6 read outs and look aheads, advanced Excel, dashboarding (Power BI or equivalent), EDMS operation, action/risk/change...
