Continuous Improvement Manager

Educational Background:
Bachelor’s Degree in one of following majors of:
Industrial Management
Engineering
Science
Other related majors
Working Experience:
8+ years of experience in a high-tech or smart manufacturing environment, with the majority of experience in Continuous Improvement, Transformation, Digitalization, and Automation.
3+ years of management and leadership experience.
Experience in Project Management is highly desirable.
Experience using Power BI.
Experience leading Lean Six Sigma projects as a Project Leader.
Special Abilities:
Excellent command of spoken and written Vietnamese and English.
Strong team player with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural and demanding environment, collaborating across global and culturally diverse organizations.
Ability to understand and manage cultural, language, regulatory, and business practice differences in a multinational organization.
Proven ability to thrive in a cross-functional, cross-cultural, and global team environment.
Strong change management skills with the ability to adapt to evolving business needs.
Ability to identify business growth and transformation opportunities.
Excellent influencing, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to align diverse opinions while maintaining business objectives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills using Lean, Statistical Process Control (SPC), and Theory of Constraints (TOC) methodologies.
Proactive mindset with the ability to drive results through collaboration and leadership.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and complex business issues under tight deadlines.
Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing or production environments.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher is preferred.
