Content Team Leader

GTE Localize is looking for a hands-on & results-driven Content Lead to oversee our content and social media initiatives across global markets

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Build a strong & consistent content strategy to align with the company’s overall brand positioning and performance marketing initiatives.
• Manage full content cycle, from planning to execution, promotion and result monitoring across different content types: LocReset Podcast; Blog/website content; Email/LinkedIn newsletter; Social media (LinkedIn focus).
• Manage a team of 2-3 content executives, ensuring effective collaboration and high performance.
• Join with HR to recruit, provide training, and evaluate the performance of content team members.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related fields
• 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with exposure to global markets.
•  Strong leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop a team.
•  Excellent command of English, with strong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities
• Hands-on experience managing content pipelines & Social Media channels
• Experience in performance marketing (Ads/SEO) is a strong advantage
