Content Moderator (Nhân Viên Kiểm Duyệt Nội Dung)

We are seeking a highly motivated Content Moderator to ensure that user-generated content on all current platform adheres to our community guidelines and market's standards. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent judgment, and the ability to handle sensitive content with professionalism and discretion. This role is critical in maintaining the integrity and safety of our online community.

Responsibilities:

• Review and moderate user-generated content (e.g., comments, posts, images, videos) to ensure compliance with rules, procedures, and advertising policies specific to each market's standards.
• Identify and take appropriate action on policy violations, including removing inappropriate content and issuing warnings or bans to campaign managers.
• Monitor content for emerging trends and potential issues, identifying areas for improvement in the moderation process.
• Collaborate with support teams and relevant departments to develop and refine content moderation strategies and guidelines.
• Provide clear and constructive feedback to campaign managers, continually updating them on content violations and market standards.
• Maintain accurate records of moderation actions and decisions for reporting and analysis purposes.
• Stay informed about industry best practices and changes in content moderation standards to ensure continuous improvement of moderation efforts.
• Competitor & Market Intelligence
• Research and monitor competitors’ landing pages, marketing funnels, advertising creatives, and product offerings across different markets.
• Track competitor activities, promotional campaigns, and market trends to identify emerging opportunities and potential risks.
• Consolidate competitor intelligence, market insights, and product trends into regular reports for relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Business teams to provide actionable recommendations based on competitor and market analysis.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in content moderation, community management, or a similar role.
• Professional English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong understanding of online community dynamics and the importance of maintaining a safe and respectful environment.
• Excellent judgment and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and potentially distressing content.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency in using content moderation tools and platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
