Content Leader

- Develop and execute content strategies across SEO websites and social media platforms to drive organic traffic and audience growth.

- Plan and manage content calendars, ensuring alignment with SEO objectives, brand positioning, and business goals.

- Lead the production of high-quality content, including articles, social posts, video scripts, and multimedia content.

- Ensure all content follows SEO best practices, editorial standards, and brand guidelines.

- Collaborate with SEO, Design, Video, and Marketing teams to deliver integrated content campaigns.

- Monitor content performance using SEO and analytics tools, providing recommendations to improve traffic, rankings, engagement, and conversions.

- Manage multiple content projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

- Lead, mentor, and develop the Content team while establishing efficient workflows and best practices.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Minimum 8 years of experience in Content Marketing, Social Marketing, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.

- Proven experience managing content teams and large-scale content production.

- Strong understanding of SEO, search intent, keyword strategy, and content performance optimization.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience working with SEO-driven websites, media publishers, or content networks.

- Experience developing both SEO content and social media content strategies.

- Familiarity with AI content tools and content performance analytics is a plus.
