1. Content Creation
Write and produce clear, attractive copy and visual wording across various formats, including social media posts, blog articles, landing pages, websites, email/CRM, product descriptions, scripts, captions, and micro-copy in both Vietnamese and English.
Adapt content for different platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and websites.
Create various scripts for sales presentations and other media formats, including MC scripts, sales presentation scripts, testimonial scripts, and interview scripts.
Develop cross-platform content strategies and plan monthly content calendars for each social media platform based on page insights, marketing goals, and feedback from relevant departments.
Identify new content opportunities based on trends and performance data.
2. Social Media Execution
Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and publishing across social media channels.
Monitor trends, hashtags, and platform updates to ensure content remains relevant.
Engage with audience comments and interactions when needed.
3. Collaboration & Production Support
Work closely with designers, video creators, and motion editors to develop complete content packages.
Prepare content briefs with clear objectives, tone of voice, key messages, and platform requirements.
Support the creative process from ideation through execution.
4. Quality & Optimization
Proofread and edit content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and grammatical correctness.
Apply SEO best practices to long-form content.
Monitor, build, and manage social media engagement rates.
Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and content standards.

2/ Qualification and Experience Required
•
Minimum 2 years of Relevant Experience
•    Bachelor’s degree in Markeitng (Content, Communications, Journalism, Advertising or related field)
