Content Creator Executive

We are looking for a versatile, creative, and camera-confident Content Creator Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for brainstorming and writing content for our Fanpage, hosting/starring as the main talent in our short-form videos, and building and growing our satellite social media channels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Fanpage Content Management: Plan and write weekly/monthly content (posts, images, short video) for the official Fanpage to maintain engagement and drive conversions.

- Video Production & On-Camera Talent:

+ Brainstorm concepts and write scripts for short-form videos (TikTok, Reels, Shorts).

+ Star as the main host/talent in company videos.

- Satellite Channel Development:

+ Shoot (using smartphones/basic cameras) and edit videos (using CapCut, or equivalent software).

+ Publish, optimize, and manage satellite social media channels to expand brand reach.

- Tracking & Reporting: Monitor performance metrics (views, engagement,

followers) and

- Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter, or in a similar role. Candidates must provide a portfolio or links to actual work (TikTok channels, edited videos, Fanpage posts).

- Appearance & On-Camera Presence: Presentable appearance, highly

confident, expressive, with a clear voice and good communication skills.

Comfortable appearing on camera.

- Technical Skills:

+ Basic knowledge of video shooting equipment (smartphones,

microphones, lighting).

+ Proficient in video editing software (CapCut Mobile/PC)

- Mindset: Trend-savvy, good aesthetic sense, proactive, and eager to learn.

- Having a pleasant appearance and basic English is an advantage.

- AI Tool Utilization: Capable of or experienced in utilizing AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, or AI voice tools) to optimize brainstorming, scriptwriting, and visual/video asset generation.
